As a scientist with college degree in Astronomy, minor in Physics and Mathematics, I was appalled to find folks telling outright falsities and presenting bad science to bolster suspicion of our known accepted reality - that the Earth is a beautiful blue globe.

This blog clearly shows scientific proofs that debunk everything that flat Earth proponents claim.  Here we also expose the comments those YouTube video channels delete, because they don't want you to see them.

The Earth is not flat.  That claim is a conspiracy theory perpetrated by ignorant people who have ulterior personal motives and agendas.

The Earth is a beautiful blue spheroid globe spinning on an axis 23.5° once each day, and orbiting the Sun every 365.25 days.

Tim Ozman - Flat Earth conspiracy theorist at Infinite Plane Society, loses lawsuit against JonahTheScientist at FlatEarthLunacy.com


Dear Readers, 

Now that the lawsuit is over (Tim Ozman lost on ALL counts) we are publishing some of the details of that suit for you to better understand what we have been subject to.

Notice: All of the legal documents displayed in this article are available to the *PUBLIC, through the Freedom of Information Act -  docket #2021CVE01046R

In the case of Jacob Vigil (aka Tim Ozman) vs John Kirszenberg (aka JonahTheScientist) here is the final court ruling...

Summary result of Vigil's accusations:
- Vigil did not present to the court any example(s) of "defamatory content about the Plaintiff" published by Kirszenberg.
- Vigil did not present to the court any example(s) of "character assassination" published by Kirszenberg.
- Vigil did not present to the court any example(s) of "malicious intent" published by Kirszenberg.
- Vigil claimed "libelous emails to Plaintiff's employers," yet what Vigil submitted to the court was an email header with title, NO EMAIL CONTENT, and doctored copy/pasted after the fact partial URL references to Kirszenberg articles.
 - Vigil did not present to the court any example(s) of said emails to "advertisers."  No named advertiser and their corresponding email address presented.
- Vigil did not present to the court any example(s) of "attempting to get him fired."   No specific request of that kind was presented.  But that is also a moot point, since Vigil was never fired and still retains his current position of "program director" at Dark Matter Digital Network
- Vigil did not present to the court any financial statements; balance sheet, profit and loss report, Federal Income Tax filings, W2's 1099's, or pay stubs to show financial loss.   
- Vigil did not present to the court any example(s) of "webpage created for the express purpose of "doxing"
- Vigil did not present to the court the name of a single individual (let alone the "hundreds") that he claimed are doxxed on FlatEarthLunacy, to check.  Neither any articles that the court would need to read to confirm/deny his doxxing alligations.
- Vigil did not present to the court any example(s) of "webpage created for the express purpose of "cyberbullying."
- Vigil did not present to the court any example(s) of "webpage created for the express purpose of " harassing the Plaintiff."

Conclusions:
None of the claims made by Vigil in his lawsuit were backed by proof.  Casting allegations without proof is harmful.
Vigil spits accusations and lies.
Vigil did not have the decency (or courage) to come to court and look me in the eye.  I have the right to directly face my accuser.
Vigil's bark and threats have no bite.  Don't be afraid to confront this bully.

Tim Ozman asked his patrons and financial supporters to donate money so that he can "promise to hit my hardest" at the trial.
But Ozman never showed up at the trial.
